Peak Pride

Peak Pride is back for another fabulous weekend at Sun Peaks Resort and the itinerary is glittering with fun.

Start your Friday night off on the right foot at Masa’s Bar + Grill, where Okanagan queen of drag, Ella Lamoureux, is hosting Naughty Drag Bingo!

Join in on the celebration of diversity and pride at the Mountain Pride Parade, starting outside Sunburst Lodge! Gather your sassiest crew at 2:15 PM sharp for a dazzling 2:30 PM kick-off. Don’t miss the Pre-Parade Party at Sunburst Lodge to get the fiesta started early and soak up all the excitement before strutting your stuff at the main event.

Mountain Resorts

Looking to hit more slopes before or after Peak Pride weekend? Make it a road trip as you chase powder, mountain views, and snow-covered forests.

Harper Mountain

This Kamloops hidden gem is just 30 minutes outside of the city. A more quaint and old-school ski resort, Harper Mountain offers powder-filled runs, night skiing, and a family-friendly atmosphere and price. There’s also a ton of fun to be had along the Nordic ski and snowshoe trails as well as in the tube park.

SilverStar Mountain Resort

Located in the Monashee Mountain Range and a quick 30-minute drive from Vernon, SilverStar boasts vast terrain and an exciting mountain village. More than just a ski and snowboard area, the resort includes Canada’s largest daily groomed cross-country network, snowshoeing, fat biking, skating and tubing.

Big White

Big White Ski Resort is home to over 2700 acres of terrain and over 25km of Nordic trails near Kelowna. The resort has won numerous awards, including the Best Ski Resort for Beginners in Canada – but don’t let that discourage you if you’re a pro! The resort has expert and extreme-rated runs and 16 lifts to take you all over the mountain.
