DESCRIPTION:Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country is excited to host the Pig Out Festival and welcome chefs to the region to showcase their brand and talents to 500 guests. \nTaking place surrounded by vines at Cellar Door & More\, home to award-winning Jackson-Triggs and Inniskillin\, just north of Oliver\, B.C.\, the popular festival returns to its original spring dates and single location format for the first time since 2019. \nLocal and guest chefs will unite to showcase their culinary talents\, under the theme “Fiesta”\, a colourful celebration of the diverse food and culture of the South Okanagan in an elegant and relaxed outdoor setting. Talented chefs will be stationed throughout the location\, preparing delectable\, pork-themed dishes that perfectly complement the exceptional wines of the region. Expect mountains of juicy ribs\, flavorful pulled pork\, local sausages fresh from the grill\, a hot sauce contest and delicious sides and salads. \nPig Out Festival is 19+ only.
