Elma is a Turkish inspired dining experience located in Penticton, BC on beautiful Okanagan Lake. Our big, bright space features tiles, lighting and other décor sourced in our native Turkey and also helps to highlight the scenic back drop around us. The menu, developed by our Culinary team, features traditional Turkish food that is infused with local ingredients to give it a distinct Okanagan feel and flavour, making our guests feel right at home while dining with us. The beverage program was also developed to showcase local beer, wine and spirits.
