Kamloops’ newest cocktail and tapas bar. A must check out. Will eventually be procuding their own spirits. Bathroom stall number 3 has a big red button that says ‘do not push’ – if you push it, the lights dim, music starts and a disco ball drops from the ceiling.

Bright Jenny Coffee

Bright Jenny Coffee is a Specialty Coffee Roaster in Kelowna, BC. We are a small-batch roaster, which means that we roast frequently and do not maintain a stock of old, previously roasted coffee beans. When you purchase a bag of Bright Jenny, you can be sure that it is only a day or two out from being roasted, so that the coffee you brew is at its peak for freshness and flavour!

We take pride in using high-quality coffee beans that have a positive impact from farm to cup. Our supplier, West Coast Coffee Traders, works closely with farms, mills, and co-ops to ensure fairness and benefit for all parties involved. Ethical coffee that benefits our clients, the farmers, their employees, and their communities is a top priority.

Penticton

Location

Tin Whistle Brewing

in Whistle is one of the first certified carbon neutral breweries in B.C. It is the original craft brewery of the South Okanagan Valley, and was the 12th to open in B.C. back in 1995. It’s actually named after the first locomotive train to run on the Kettle Valley Railway, which connected the regions of the Okanagan Valley like never before when it was constructed. Alexis & Tim have reimagined Tin Whistle’s historic space and created a hub for locals and visitors to connect with the region, explore delicious beers, and enjoy their own everyday journey. When you arrive you can expect some incredible craft beers on draft, including a rotating list of locally-inspired experimental beers. We also offer local cider, wine, non-alcoholic beers, and fruit sodas. Our onsite store provides an opportunity to take home canned beers, to fill growlers, or to pickup some Tin Whistle merchandise.

Elephant Island Winery

Elephant Island Winery launched from the farm in 1999 and Naramata Cider Co in 2017. Together these projects embody our family’s commitment to maintaining a healthy diversity in the agricultural landscape of our little corner of the world. All of our wines and ciders are made with low intervention, living fermentation techniques. What fruit we don’t grow ourselves is grown by farmers whose methods we respect, and who’s long term commitment to the craft is something we admire.
The wines we create here are made to share … to weave together moments and memories far and wide, to inspire conversation and to come together over food. To express the commitment to place and community, and to support a diverse farm landscape that is healthy for the birds, the bees and the people.

La Petite Abeille Cider

All of our ciders are created using high-quality, hand-picked fruit cultivated on our very own Blue Bee Orchard. We looked to France and their long history of cider production for inspiration, and so our products showcase the best of both old and new world cider-making techniques.
Each cider reflects the unique flavours and personality of the Okanagan valley, or, as the French say, the “goût du terroir.” Gluten-free and never too sweet, our ciders let the natural fruit flavours and aromatics shine through, while having the perfect amount of bubble to enhance each sip.
